Lots to do...

I've been traveling a lot the last few months, but in between the time I've been on both coasts {and in between}, I've been busy with a few projects. We have grandbaby #22  due the first part of July, so I created a new little quilt for this 14th granddaughter. I don't know when it happened because we were pretty even-Steven between grandsons and granddaughters for years, but in the last few years the girls hit it out of the park and now we've almost got twice as many granddaughters as grandsons! We are so grateful for each one of those kiddos. They bring such utter joy and happiness to our lives {as do their parents}! Here's a sneak peek of little Miss 22's {she doesn't have a name yet} quilt that I made her. It isn't bound yet, but I wanted to share the adorable daisy quilting that I chose. It mimics some daisies in the printed fabric...

I also picked up another quilt today from the quilter's. I love the combination of fabrics on this quilt. Squirrels, arrows, tents and x's -- how can you go wrong? It looked like this before I took it to the quilter...

I asked for a cute pattern that is animal prints for the quilting. Love how it turned out...

When I picked up these quilts, I dropped off the one below. It's the little girl version of the gold & black quilt above. LOVE these gold colors...

And, finally, here's a baby quilt in the making that I started this week. Looking forward to getting it done and dropping it off at the quilters. It's a different pattern than I've done in the past, and I really like it...

So... there's been a lot happening, but this is nothing compared to some of the big changes we plan on making in the next few months. After living in Colorado for 32 years, we are moving to Massachusetts {or southern New Hampshire} this summer. It's going to be a huge move for us, but we are very excited for this new adventure!
